Who we are
trowdy GmbH (“we”, “us”) is the controller responsible for the personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at hello@trowdy.studio. For our full legal details, see the legal notice.
What we collect
- Early-access & contact details — the email address and any message you submit through our forms.
- Server logs — standard technical data (IP address, timestamp, requested page) kept briefly for security and operation.
We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or cross-site cookies.
Why we process it
- To respond to your enquiry and send the early-access invite you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep the service secure and operational (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).
Where it lives
Data is hosted within the European Union. If a processor outside the EU is ever used, it will be covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and early-access data only as long as needed to handle your request and then delete it, unless a longer statutory retention period applies. Server logs are rotated regularly.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- rectify inaccurate data;
- erase your data (“right to be forgotten”);
- restrict or object to processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Austria: the Datenschutzbehörde).
To exercise any of these, email hello@trowdy.studio.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
